Brandon Beaird is a renowned Certified General Real Property Appraiser with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. As the founder and driving force behind the Beaird Organization, a premier real estate appraisal and investment firm, Brandon has established himself as a leading authority in the appraisal and investment sectors. His deep-rooted expertise is not just professional; it’s personal. Growing up around rental properties, Brandon was immersed in the world of real estate from a young age. His father began building a substantial portfolio of rental properties when Brandon was just a small child. Through years of being around his father and observing his work, the language of real estate became second nature to Brandon, deeply ingraining in him an intuitive understanding of the industry.

Brandon’s career began in 2004 with a local appraisal company before launching his own successful appraisal company in 2007. Since then, this company has become a trusted name for a wide array of clients. His appraisal clientele includes national lenders, insurance companies, local banks, corporations, government entities, attorneys, and individual investors, all of whom rely on his unparalleled knowledge and precise valuations to make optimal decisions concerning real estate investments. His firm appraises a wide variety of both residential and commercial properties.

Brandon’s personal investment journey began 16 years ago, inspired by the legacy of real estate in his family. Today, he boasts an impressive portfolio of over 50 cash flowing properties, all strategically acquired and managed to generate steady cash flow, providing a secure financial future for himself and his family. With a keen eye for identifying lucrative opportunities, Brandon remains committed to expanding his portfolio even further.

Academically, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University, where he majored in Public Administration and minored in Business Management and Political Science. In addition, Brandon has completed significant coursework in real estate valuation. His educational background, combined with his vast experience, equips him with a unique perspective that gives him an edge over the competition.
